Cooking Light 2003. These are really an appetizer, but I would serve them (to just me and DD!) as a main dish.

These tofu bites were a bit too soft for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if the tofu had been fried instead of baked.

I made these tofu bites for my family and they loved them! They're so easy to make and they're always a hit. I love that they're a healthier alternative to fried tofu.

These tofu bites were delicious! The breading was crispy and the tofu was soft and flavorful. The sauce was also really good. I served them with a side of roasted vegetables and it was a delicious meal.

These tofu bites were a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had added more spices to the breading. The sauce was also a bit too sweet for my liking.

I was pleasantly surprised by these tofu bites. I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but these were really good. The breading was crispy and the tofu was soft and flavorful. I'll definitely be making these again.

These tofu bites were a bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them. He said they were the perfect combination of crispy and chewy. I'll probably make them again, but I'll use less chili powder next time.

These tofu bites are so easy to make and they're always a crowd-pleaser. I love that they're baked instead of fried, so they're a healthier option. The sauce is also really versatile - I've tried it with different types of tofu and vegetables and it
