Tomato and Greens Casserole image

If you like greens, you are going to make this over and over. I had this at a party in Atlanta that was catered and it was served with filet mignon. I hope you try it. Soooooo good.

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 c cooked and drained collards or other greens
3-4 large ripe tomatoes
16 oz shredded parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c panko
3/4 stick butter

Steps:

  • 1. Spray a medium casserole dish with cooking spray and layer collards, sliced tomatoes and parmesan cheese in 3 layers ending with tomatoes and parmesean cheese.
  • 2. Saute panko in the butter and put on top of the casserole.
  • 3. Bake for 25 mins at 350.
