4 plum tomatoes, cored, seeded and cut into large chunks
1 jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded and sliced
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Put tomato, pepper, lime juice, and olive oil in a blender and puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
