Steps:
- Cook spiral pasta according to package directions. Combine olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper. Combine tomatoes, and basil in a serving bowl. Drain pasta; add to tomato mixture. Drizzle with oil mixture; toss to coat.
