This was a great recipe. The tomatoes were roasted perfectly and the spinach and cheese filling was delicious. I used a combination of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses and it was so flavorful. I will definitely be making this dish again.

I love this dish! The tomatoes are always roasted perfectly and the spinach and cheese filling is so creamy and flavorful. I usually use fresh tomatoes from the farmers market and they are always so sweet and juicy. This dish is a great way to use up

This dish was easy to make and turned out great. The tomatoes were roasted nicely and the spinach and cheese filling was creamy and flavorful. I used a store-bought marinara sauce and it worked perfectly. I will definitely be making this dish again.
