I'm not a big fan of prime rib, but I thought this recipe was pretty good. The meat was tender and juicy, and the horseradish sauce was a nice touch.

The prime rib was cooked perfectly, but I thought the recipe was a bit too complicated. I prefer simpler recipes that don't require a lot of ingredients.

Overall, I thought this prime rib recipe was good, but not great. The meat was a bit dry and the flavor was lacking.

The prime rib was delicious, but I found the horseradish sauce to be a bit too spicy. Next time I'll try making it with less horseradish.
