This cake will knock your socks off! Even those who do not like dessert cannot pass this up. It has been a favorite in my family for years.

Steps:
- 1. Drain pineapple reserving juice. Prepare cake mix as directed but substitute reserved pineapple juice for some of the water. Bake in a sheet pan as directed. Cool completely.
- 2. Mix pudding according to directions. Use any milk desired. Fold whipped topping or whipped cream into pudding.
- 3. Slice bananas and arrange on top of cake. Cover the cake with the pudding mixture, completely covering the bananas.
- 4. Arrange cut strawberries, pineapple, and coconut over the pudding layer. Chill and enjoy! May add other berries or tropical fruit if desired. Banana pudding may also be substituted.
