Tuna and Mandarin Salad image

This salad is wonderful! The combination of mandarin oranges and tuna is delightful! Top with Italian dressing and nuts.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
1 (10 ounce) package mixed baby greens
1 Granny Smith apple - peeled, cored and diced
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained

Steps:

  • Heat olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat, and saute the tuna until heated through.
  • In a medium bowl, toss together tuna, salad greens, apple, and mandarin oranges.
