1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
1 medium carrot, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons relish
1 ½ tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 medium cucumber, halved lengthwise and seeded

Steps:

  • Combine tuna, carrot, celery, onion, relish, yellow mustard, and Dijon mustard in a bowl; mix until well blended.
  • Fill each cucumber half with the tuna mixture.
