Tuna Noodles Romanoff image

Number Of Ingredients 11

4 cups uncooked egg noodles (8 ounces)
2 (6-ounce) cans tuna, drained
1 cup sliced mushrooms (3 ounces)
2 tablespoons capers
1 1/2 cups sour cream
3/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°.2. Cook and drain noodles as directed on package. Mix noodles, tuna, mushrooms, capers, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper in ungreased 2-quart casserole or square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.3. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and margarine sprinkle over tuna mixture.
