"I like to jazz up a plain turkey sandwich with vegetables and fresh cilantro from my garden," shares Dave Bremson from Plantation, Florida. "I combine zesty taco sauce with fat-free cream cheese for the bread spread. A little hot pepper sauce quickly kicks the heat up a notch."

I love that these sandwiches are so versatile. You can add or remove ingredients to suit your taste. I sometimes add bacon or cheese, and I always add extra avocado.

These sandwiches are a great way to use up leftover turkey. I always make a big batch of turkey on Thanksgiving, and then I use the leftovers to make these sandwiches all week long.

I'm not a big fan of avocado, but I loved these sandwiches. The avocado was creamy and flavorful, and it didn't overpower the other ingredients.
