This dish was okay. The turkey cutlets were cooked well, but the artichoke and tomato sauce was a little too acidic for my taste. I would probably make this dish again, but I would use a different sauce.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my turkey cutlets were tough and dry. The artichoke and tomato sauce was also bland. I wouldn't recommend this dish to others.

This dish was a little bland for my taste. I would have preferred the artichoke and tomato sauce to be more flavorful. The turkey cutlets were cooked well, but they were a little dry.

I'm not a huge fan of turkey, but this dish was surprisingly good. The turkey was moist and tender, and the artichoke and tomato sauce was flavorful and well-balanced. I would definitely recommend this dish to others.
