Turkey Divan image

This has ALWAYS been an After Thanksgiving meal using leftover turkey meat!Very Yummy!

Number Of Ingredients 8

cut-up turkey meat to lay along the bottom of 13x9
1 c classic mayonnaise
2 can(s) condense cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp curry powder
enough cut-up fresh broccoli to layer in bottom of 13x9
1 c grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp lemon juice concentrate
1 c bread crumbs

Steps:

  • 1. Layer Broccoli in 13 x 9,then add a layer of Turkey meat on top of broccoli. In a large mixing bowl, wisk together Soups,mayo,curry,and lemon juice.
  • 2. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F. Pour and scrape Soup mixture over turkey/broccoli in 13 X 9. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake for 25-30 min. @ 350. Let stand for 10 min, before serving. Hope you Enjoy!
  • 3. P.S. You can also use cut-up chicken to make up Chicken Divan
