Turkey Lentil Stew image

A very hearty and tasty stew that makes good use of leftover turkey bits. I had these things on hand and tossed them in a pot and it made a great stew that I will make again. You can easily change the vegetables and seasonings to suit your tastes.

I'm not sure what went wrong with my stew, but it turned out really watery. I followed the recipe exactly, but the broth just didn't thicken up. Maybe I didn't simmer it for long enough?

This stew was a bit bland for my taste. I think it could have used more seasoning or maybe some fresh herbs. The lentils were also a bit overcooked for my liking.

This stew was easy to make and turned out great! I used ground turkey instead of turkey breast, and it was still very flavorful. I also added a bit of cayenne pepper for a little spice. Will definitely make again!

This turkey lentil stew was a hit with my family! The flavors were rich and comforting, and the lentils added a nice heartiness to the dish. I served it with some crusty bread for dipping, and it was the perfect meal for a cold winter night.
