Turnip Fries image

Quick, easy, and delicious turnip fries!

2 pounds turnips, peeled and cut into fry-sized pieces
olive oil, or as needed
1 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as Johnny's®)

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Place turnips into a bowl and generously drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and toss to turn. Spread out onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Turn and cook until cooked through, 5 to 10 minutes.

These turnip fries were amazing! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I loved the flavor of the Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. I will definitely be making these again!
