I'm not a big fan of rutabagas, but I thought I'd give this recipe a try. I was pleasantly surprised! The twice-baked rutabagas were creamy and flavorful, and the breadcrumb topping added a nice crunch.

These were a lot of work for not a lot of payoff. I don't think I'll be making them again.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my rutabagas turned out mushy. I think I might have overcooked them.

These were good, but I found them to be a little bland. I think I would add more salt and pepper next time.

I love this recipe! It's a great way to use up leftover rutabagas. I also like to add a little bit of chopped rosemary to the breadcrumb topping.

These twice-baked rutabagas were a hit at our Thanksgiving dinner! They were creamy, cheesy, and flavorful, and the crispy breadcrumb topping added a nice crunch. I will definitely be making these again.
