Veggie-Packed Sloppy Joes image

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 can (15 oz) sloppy joe sauce
1 pouch (4 oz) 100% carrot purée
6 burger buns, split

Steps:

  • In 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain.
  • Stir in sloppy joe sauce and purée. Cook over medium heat until sauce is heated through, about 5 minutes. To serve, spoon mixture into buns.
