Overall, I thought this souffle was pretty good. It was easy to make and it had a nice flavor. However, I think it could have been a little more fluffy.

This souffle was a disaster! It didn't rise at all and it was completely inedible. I'm not sure what went wrong.

I was disappointed with this souffle. It was flat and flavorless. I think I didn't whisk the egg whites stiff enough.

This souffle was a little too rich for my taste, but it was still very good. I think I'll try using less butter and cream next time.

I'm not a big fan of onions, but I loved this souffle! The onions were cooked perfectly and they didn't overpower the other flavors.
