This cocktail is a bit too strong for me, but I still enjoyed it. I think it would be perfect for a night out on the town.

I'm not a big fan of cognac, but I really enjoyed this cocktail. The rye whiskey and sweet vermouth balance out the cognac nicely.

This cocktail is delicious, but it's a bit too sweet for me. I think I'll try making it with less simple syrup next time.
