Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). In a small baking baking dish, combine butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk until smooth. In a small sauce pan, combine apples and cinnamon. Heat over low heat until apples are soft. Pour apples into the center of the batter.
- 2. Bake at 375 in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until golden.
