2/3 cup water
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons liquid honey
2 tablespoons light molasses
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups bread flour
1/3 cup rye flour
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 3/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast or 1 3/4 teaspoons instant yeast
1/3 cup raisins
1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Measure all ingredients except raisins and walnuts into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Insert pan into the oven.
  • Select Sweet Cycle.
  • Add raisins and walnuts at the "add ingredient" signal.
  • When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a wire rack.
  • Let cool to room temperature before slicing.
