Wasabi peas are the secret spicy kick in this delicious salad. You can use any dried fruit you like, such as blueberries, cherries, cranberries, chopped apricots, or golden raisins. Wasabi peas can be found at most supermarkets by Asian foods or by snacks. They can also be found in some stores in the bulk food area.

This salad was a bit too spicy for me, but I think it would be perfect for people who enjoy a little heat. The dressing was also a bit too thick for my taste.

I was hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of wasabi, but I'm so glad I did! The dressing was surprisingly mild and flavorful. I'll definitely be making this salad again.
