Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound veal scallopine
1 to 2 eggs
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons fine breadcrumbs
Parsley, chopped

This recipe is a great way to make a classic dish in a healthier way. The schnitzel is crispy and delicious, and it is much lower in fat than traditional fried schnitzel. I will definitely be making this recipe again.

I was really excited to try this recipe, but I was disappointed with the results. The schnitzel was not crispy at all, and it was actually quite bland. I think I will stick to my old recipe for schnitzel.

This recipe is a keeper! I've made it several times now and it always turns out great. The schnitzel is always crispy and delicious. I love that I can make it in my air fryer, which makes it a lot healthier than traditional fried schnitzel.

I made this recipe last night and it was delicious! The schnitzel was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I used panko breadcrumbs and they gave the schnitzel a nice crunch. I also used a little bit of Dijon mustard in the breading, which
