Wild Rice With Mushrooms image

Time consuming and expensive. Be prepared to give wild rice as much cooking time as possible, occasionally it will require a bit more time as it absorbs water more slowly than regular rice. We often cook this while camping Source: Canadian govt publication

This recipe was a bit too salty for my taste. I would recommend using less salt next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great. The only thing I would change is to add a bit more liquid. It was a little dry for my taste.

This recipe was a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper and it was much better.

This recipe was absolutely delicious! The wild rice had a nutty flavor that paired perfectly with the earthy mushrooms. I added a bit of extra thyme and rosemary, and it really enhanced the flavor.
