1 teaspoon tarragon
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 teaspoon thyme
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
2 1/2-3 lbs chicken

Steps:

  • combine all ingredients.
  • put chicken pieces in a freezer bag.
  • pour marinade over the pieces.
  • put in freezer.
  • directions for serving day:
  • completely thaw chicken and marinade.
  • cook on grill or bake in oven until done
  • throw away marinade.
