WOODSY MUSHROOM PASTA
Steps:
- cook pasta fry bacon, then add garlic and cook. Add butter, then mushrooms and cook until soft. Add enough pasta water into pan with mushrooms to make sauce, stirring up browned bits from pan. Pour sauce over pasta, add pine nuts, truffle oil, cheese and parsley
