Wurstsalat image

Adapted from about.com. The recipe specifically says raw pork sausage but I would use cooked.

Number Of Ingredients 18

1 bunch red radishes, sliced
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 cucumber, cubed
4 potatoes, cooked, peeled, cubed
3 pork sausage, sliced (recioe says raw)
4 oz emmalander cheese, cubed
4 oz greyerzer cheese, cubed
4 oz tilister cheese, cubed
Pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
4 Tbsp vinegar
5 Tbsp oil
1-2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
chives, chopped

Steps:

  • 1. Mix vegetables, meat, cheeses in a bowl.
  • 2. Mix dressing (pepper to oil), add to veggies..
  • 3. Decorate with egg and tomato slices, and chives.
