Ww Banana Peach Smoothie (Ibs Safe) image

Adapted from Weight Watchers (4 points) and the IBS boards. Dairy doesn't bother my IBS so I use regular skim milk.

1 small bananas or 1/2 large banana
1/2 cup canned unsweetened peaches, drained
1 cup skim milk or 1 cup non-fat soymilk
1/2 cup ice cube

Steps:

  • Blend all ingredients in blender or magic bullet until smooth.
  • Enjoy!
