This dish was a bit too bland for my taste. I think it could have used more herbs or spices.

I'm not a huge fan of fish, but I really enjoyed this dish. The snapper was cooked perfectly and the tomato topping was flavorful and tangy. I would definitely order this dish again at a restaurant.

I had some trouble finding snapper at my local grocery store, so I used tilapia instead. It turned out great! The tilapia was flaky and tender, and the tomato topping was delicious.

This recipe was a bit too spicy for my taste, but I think that's because I used a spicier type of tomato sauce. I'll definitely be making this again, but I'll use a milder sauce next time.
