Zucchini Bread Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups diced zucchini
2 1/3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and soda. Mix together beaten eggs, oil and vanilla. Add all together and mix. Add zucchini and nuts. Pour into 2 greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until done. Let stand until cool and then remove.
