Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice zucchini either long ways or in medallions. Set aside. Brown hamburg as if your making chili or a sauce.
- 2. slice tomatoes, clean and slice peppers into strips, clean and slice mushrooms, peel onions and slice them into rings. Add mushrooms tomatoes peppers and onions into a bowl and sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano and basil over the veggies and toss so that the veggies are covered.
- 3. Layer the zucchini in a 9x12 pan so that you can make two layers...layer 1/2 of the veggies on top of the zucchini and then 1/2 of the meat on top of the veggies. 1/2 the cheese on top of the meat. Another layer of zucchini and the whole process over again ending with the cheese
- 4. Bake until vegetable are tender about 45 minutes. Cheese will be bubbly and brown. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.
