Zucchini Mushroom Parmesan image

A favorite side dish in my home. :)

Number Of Ingredients 5

5 medium zucchinis
3 pkg (8oz size) sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp butter or margerine
garlic powder with parsley, to taste
grated parmesan cheese, to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Slice zucchinis, into thick but bite sized pieces. Set aside.
  • 2. Melt butter in large skillet. Add garlic powder.
  • 3. Add zucchini & mushrooms to pan. Mix together & cover. Cook until veggies are soft, stirring occasionally and adding garlic as desired.
  • 4. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with desired amount of parmesan cheese, mix well & serve. :)
