Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, whisk the first seven ingredients.
- 2. Stir in the zucchini, baking mix and onion. Pour into a greased 9" deep pie plate.
- 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until lightly browned.
