10 Minute Szechuan Chicken image

This is a very simple recipe that produces stunning results. Szechuan cooking is usually pretty spicy, but this recipe is surprisingly mild. I like to jack it up a bit with some hot sauce, but my family doesn't like spicy food, so I do my own at the table.

I'm not sure what went wrong, but my Szechuan chicken turned out really bland. Maybe I didn't use enough spices.

I tried this recipe and it was just okay. The sauce was a little too spicy for my taste, and the chicken was a bit dry. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.
