This frittata was a little too dry for my taste. I think I would add more milk or cream next time.

I was disappointed with this frittata. The eggs were overcooked and the cheese was rubbery. I think I'll stick to my usual frittata recipe.

I've made this frittata several times now, and it's always a success. It's a great way to use up leftover cheese, and it's also a very versatile dish. I've added different vegetables and meats to it, and it's always turned out great.

This 3-cheese frittata was a hit with my family! The combination of cheeses was perfect, and the frittata was cooked to perfection. It was fluffy and flavorful, and it held together well when I cut into it.
