Steps:
- 1. in 8 quart stock pot,brown the ground chuck,drain. put back in the pot and stir in the 1/2 cup of flour while the meat is still hot.
- 2. while the ground chuck is cooking add to another stock pot the rest of the ingredients except the beef stock and heat to boiling. Stir frequently as it will stick and scorch if you don't.
- 3. When everything is heated through stir in the meat and flour mixture. Slowly add beef stock a little at a time and stir till it is the consistency you want. Simmer on low till heated through again.
- 4. Enjoy with crackers or a big pan of sweet cornbread and lots of friends and family!
