4-H OATMEAL COOKIES image

2 C. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. soda
1 C. shortening
3/4 C. brown sugar
3/4 C. Granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 C. Oatmeal
1 C. Nuts
1 pkg choc chips

Steps:

  • Sift together flour, salt, and soda. Cream together shortening, brown sugar, and gran sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
