5 Minute Ice Cream image

This is a super quick way to make ice cream without an ice cream machine. This is a very popular recipe that I found on another site! I've made it many times in lots of different flavors and it always works perfectly! In my photo is my raspberry version that I topped with caramel!

Number Of Ingredients 3

10 oz frozen fruit of your choice
1/4-1/2 c white sugar
1 c half and half-i used fat free

Steps:

  • 1. Combine the frozen fruit and sugar in a food processor or blender.
  • 2. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped. With the processor running, slowly pour in the heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  • 3. Spread into a plastic container with a lid and place in freezer for about 15 minutes or til slightly firm.
  • 4. Serve with your favorite toppings!
