4 tablespoons oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup potato flour

Steps:

  • Beat eggs until thick.
  • Stir in potatoes and rest of ingredients.
  • Grease dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour until browned.
