Great chicken wing sauce - creamy, tangy, with a just a pinch of heat.

2 cups mayonnaise
⅓ cup prepared horseradish
⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano flakes
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon minced garlic

Steps:

  • Combine mayonnaise, horseradish, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, sea salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, garlic powder, and minced garlic in a bowl. Whisk until creamy.
  • Store in an airtight container until ready to use.

I've tried this recipe twice now and both times it's been a disaster. The sauce is too thin and watery, and it doesn't have much flavor. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
