- In a medium bowl, mix tuna, Cheddar cheese, olives and green onion. Stir in mayonnaise, catsup and pepper until blended.Preheat broiler. Spread tuna mixture on both halves of each frankfurter bun, spreading to edges. Place open faced on a baking sheet.Broil 6 inches from heat source for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts.To Microwave: Place one open-faced sandwich at a time on a paper towel-lined microwavable plate. Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power for 45 seconds or until cheese melts.
