Almond and Baby Bok Choy Asian Salad image

This crispy salad uses authentic Asian ingredients and the sauce is delicious. If you can find mirin in an Asian grocery store, it makes it much more authentic and not too sweet.

I was disappointed with this salad. The dressing was too oily and the almonds were stale.

This Asian salad is a delightful blend of flavors and textures. The almonds add a nice crunch, while the baby bok choy provides a refreshing bite. The dressing is light and tangy, and it perfectly complements the salad.
