I'm not a fan of the texture of these cookies. They're too crumbly for my taste.

The cookies didn't spread very much in the oven. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Maybe I should have used a different type of baking sheet.

The cookies were a little dry. I think I overbaked them. I'll be sure to watch them more closely next time.

These cookies are a bit too sweet for my taste. I'm going to try reducing the amount of sugar next time I make them.

I used dark chocolate ganache instead of milk chocolate. It gave the cookies a richer flavor. I also used a cookie scoop to make sure the cookies were all the same size.

I added some chopped nuts to the cookie dough for extra crunch. They were a nice addition and I think they made the cookies even better.

I made these cookies gluten-free by using almond flour instead of all-purpose flour. They turned out great! The texture is a little different, but they're still delicious.

I'm not a huge fan of coconut, but I decided to give these cookies a try anyway. I'm so glad I did! The coconut flavor is subtle and it pairs perfectly with the chocolate. These cookies are a new favorite of mine.
