4 cups regular rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup wheat germ
4 ounces shredded coconut (about 1 cup)
3/4 cup raw macadamia nuts (8 oz)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup canola oil
1/3-1/2 cup honey (depending on your sweet tooth)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup dried pineapple, chopped into small pieces

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my granola turned out a little too dry. I think I might have added too much oats.

This granola is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still a good recipe. I might try reducing the amount of sugar next time.
