I've never made pancakes with amaretto before, but I'm so glad I tried this recipe. The amaretto and blueberries complement each other perfectly.

I love the nutty flavor of the amaretto in these pancakes. It's a nice change from the usual vanilla or chocolate pancakes.

These pancakes are a great way to use up leftover blueberries. I always have a few blueberries left over after making muffins or pies, and these pancakes are a perfect way to use them up.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my pancakes turned out flat and dense. I think I might have overmixed the batter.

I didn't have any amaretto liqueur, so I used almond extract instead. The pancakes still turned out great.

The pancakes were good, but I think they would have been better with fresh blueberries instead of frozen.

I found the pancakes to be a bit dry. I think I would add a little more milk or buttermilk next time.
