Amish Baked Corn image

A simple and delicious side dish.

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 c corn
2 eggs
1 c milk
1 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar, optional
1/2 tsp salt
1 dash(es) pepper
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1/2 c bread or cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp butter

Steps:

  • 1. Cook the corn. Beat the eggs and milk. Combine corn, eggs and milk, seasonings and 2 Tbsp butter. Mix well.
  • 2. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  • 3. Mix crumbs and butter and sprinkle over corn.
  • 4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until mixture is set.
