Angela's Sanchos/ Burritos image

Number Of Ingredients 11

package of tortilla shells up to you on size
2 lb ground beef
pkg taco seasoning
1/2 c onions
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic salt
3 lb velveeta cheese or mexican velveeta cheese
1 c milk
tamatoes diced
lettuce shredded
sour cream if you like

Steps:

  • 1. Meat - Brown ground beef and drain. Add taco seasoning, make according to the package. Add chopped onions, chili powder, garlic salt. Stir and let set.
  • 2. Cheese - Velveeta Cheese cup of milk, melt them together on stove top or slow cooker. On low, please keep a close eye on so it does not burn.
  • 3. Warm tortilla. Middle of the tortilla fill with meat mixture and some goodies if you like. Roll the tortilla up and spread cheese mix over top of tortilla and then put goodies on it to your liking.
