1/4lb Genoa Salami
1/4lb Pepperoni (Slice it yourself or get pre-sliced)
1/4lb Domestic Ham
1/4lb Swiss Cheese
1/4lb American Cheese
1/4lb Provolone Cheese
2 Cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 12 oz Jar of Roasted Red Peppers (Drained)
3 Eggs
1/2 tsp garlic
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Lightly spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with Pam Spray 2. Cover bottom of pan with 1 can of crescent tools. Smooth with hand to cover whole pan. 3. I layers place the following ingredients - Salami, American Cheese, Ham, Swiss Cheese, Pepperoni, Provolone Cheese. 4. Beat 2 eggs and mix in the spices. 5. Pour the mixture over the layers in pan. 6. Drain Roasted Peppers and cover the layers with peppers. 7. Put 2nd can of crescent roles on top so that everything is covered. 8. Brush with egg yolk from 3rd egg. 9. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. 10. Cover with foil and bake another 30 minutes. Once done refrigerate over night and serve the next day at room temperature.
