Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. Roll out one of the packaged pie crust doughs. Spread a thin layer of apple butter across pie crust. Leave about 1/8-1/4 inch all around the edge.
- 3. Unroll second pie crust and place on top of apple butter. Press edges together very lightly.
- 4. Make an egg wash with egg white and a little water. Brush on top crust, then sprinkle with decorator sugar crystals.
- 5. Using a ravioli cutter or a pizza cutter, cut into strips that are about 3/4" wide x 3" long.
- 6. Place on prepared pans and bake both pans for about 19-20 minutes or until firm and golden brown. (It may be slightly shorter baking time if baking only 1 pan at a time.)
- 7. Drizzle with caramel ice cream sauce and enjoy!!
