Steps:
- 1. Beat oil, sugar and eggs until sugar is dissolved.
- 2. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda and salt; add to sugar mixture.
- 3. Stir in vanilla, apples and nuts.
- 4. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9X13-inch pan and for 60 minutes for 350.
